Our team has a core and an army.
At our heart is founder Sarah Womer. But Sarah will be the first to tell you that there is no "I" in "TEAM." From our core staff (and we're accepting applications!) to our rotating, dedicated staff, we can customize a team perfectly tailored to your event needs.
I'm Sarah Womer, Founder, Chief Forklift Operator, and well, pretty much a Jacqueline of All Trades here at Zero to Go. I'm a member of the League of Women Voters (Mid-Hudson Region), Reuse Alliance, and a former board member of the Hudson Valley Materials Exchange (now the New Paltz Reuse Center). I live in Beacon, NY. Things I love: grapefruits, greyhounds, baking, mountain biking, short stories, the incredible city of Beacon, and dumpsters of course!
I'm Atticus Lanigan, the General Manager for Zero To Go. I take care of the daily operations to ensure Zero to Go runs as smoothly as possible. During the year, I oversee personnel at events and make sure everyone is happy on the job. I have a Masters in City & Regional Planning and am head-over-heels in love with the Hudson Valley. Things I love are: my two beautiful children, getting my nails done and wearing lipstick, going to the park, making stuff out of things that other people throw away, and riding my bike.
I’m Sarah Salem, the Business Development Manager for Zero to Go. I’m working to create a clear, conscious voice for Zero to Go across all social media channels and stimulate engagement and excitement on and off-line. Development Associate for Dutchess Outreach working on food and hunger policy and advocacy by day, social maven by night, I enjoy long walks through the woods, fires on the rocky shores of the Hudson, slamming the strings of my ukulele, and dancing to the beat of everything around me. I believe that every step makes a difference, everything matters, and I have an insatiable thirst for information and knowledge and a commitment to share.
